Cookies notice
We have kept this website deliberately quiet. The short version: we do not set any cookies for analytics, advertising, personalisation or marketing, and we do not embed third-party trackers.

01What we don’t do
This site does not use:
- Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Mixpanel or any other analytics platform.
- Advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, etc.).
- A/B testing, session replay or heatmap tools.
- Social-media embeds that load trackers (we do not embed any).
- Third-party fonts loaded from a browser-facing CDN (our fonts are self-hosted by Next.js).
As a result, no cookie banner or consent prompt is required for use of the site itself under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) or the ICO guidance.
02What we do
The only information recorded about your visit is a standard request log kept by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.): timestamp, IP address, user agent, request path and response status. These logs are used to operate and secure the service — for example, to investigate abuse or debug errors — and are covered under the legitimate-interests basis described in our Privacy policy.
Your browser may also remember that you visited, your preferred colour scheme and any URL hash you navigated to. That is standard browser behaviour and is not something we store on our side.
03If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other technology that stores or accesses information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function, we will update this notice and implement an appropriate consent mechanism in line with PECR and UK GDPR. The last-updated date above reflects the current state of the site.
04How to control your browser
Modern browsers give you control over cookies and site data through their settings. The ICO maintains a clear guide on cookies and your rights at ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies.
